An Introduction to Declarative Language: Supporting Social Information Processing Across Social Learning Styles
Hosted by: Wakefield SEPAC
Speaker: Linda Murphy, author of “The Declarative Language Handbook”
December 11 @7pm (Virtual)
Are you looking for strategies to help your child better communicate and connect? It starts with how we talk. The words we choose can make a big difference. In this session, you’ll learn a simple approach called declarative language—a way of speaking that encourages kids to pause, think, and share ideas. This style helps build skills like flexible thinking, problem-solving, and perspective-taking, all through everyday conversations. For more information, go here.
